FAQs
Is Tethered just for Scottish people?
Definitely not. We are aware that there is a huge Scottish diaspora across the world, roughly 50m. We are however also aware that there are many more who either have an affiliation with Scotland, perhaps who has worked here, studied here, visited on vacation or simply have a romantic vision of the country via TV programmes like Outlander or films like Braveheart, Highlander or Rob Roy.
The Scottish accent is well known the world over, is often used in the media, and can be very calming which is why we think whether you have a Scottish connection or not you will find our content valuable.
