I find the Dreamscape stories very helpful for calming my brain and getting to sleep. Karen has a beautiful, soothing voice. The app’s tech support is most helpful as well. I had issues logging in to the new app. They researched the issue and helped me every step of the way.

So far I am really enjoying this app, from the music, to stories to recipes, its quite nice. The pace for the stories and recipes are fantastic as well. I do think a little more history on some of the castle’s, or even more folklore or faerie stories would be a great addition to it as well.

So peaceful and mystical. I really enjoy it every time I listen to it.

The redo of the content is fantastic! I'm glad there's much more sleep music now that can transport you to Scotland as you drift off to sleep. I also am enjoying the improved dreamscapes.

I am an American of Scottish descent and have always been both proud and connected to my ancestry. The Tethered app has allowed me to deepen that connection and explore the culture through different Scottish based journeys (music, meditation, recipes, relaxation, and stories). Loving it and the annual subscription is so worth it!

I absolutely love this app! I began using it for breathwork and relaxation during a particularly challenging time, and the results have been outstanding. Although I'm not originally from Scotland, I'm based there, and there's something truly magical and unique about that land. This app beautifully weaves that magic into its mindfulness practices, creating an experience that feels both grounding and uplifting. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loving this app for a bit of easy tranquility in a busy life. Tried a few mindfulness apps before but this one really does the trick for me.

I thoroughly enjoy the content so far. It's unique, authentic and relaxing. It refuses to work on my phone, however. I repeatedly get a "Tethered keeps stopping" popup. Works fine on my older tablet. Both are Android devices, so I'm stumped as to why! I do wish I could pay for a subscription with Google Play balance. I only see an option for CC/Bank account.

This is the best app. It’s so soothing. I love the dreamscapes and folklore stories. I listen to them at work. It calms me, puts me in a happy, quiet, and peaceful place. I haven’t used the other features yet but I’m sure they are amazing as well. Highly recommend!

I love this app. The scottish accent is so soothing. It's what I was looking for. The only improvement I can think of is to make the affirmations longer. Otherwise I can't get enough of this app..

Just downloaded this and in 30 seconds I have a request lol. In order to play stories, etc. my phone needs to remain active. Kind of defeats the purpose of meditation and relaxation when my screen has to be on. Looking forward to this fix. Thank you. Xx

Usable, well thought out, appealing to my Scottish background.

I have tried just about all of the other Meditation Apps for help with falling and staying asleep. TETHERED works for me. I’m looking forward to when more is added!

Really nice app for relaxation and mindfulness, especially if you're interested in all things Scottish. I've been much more encouraged to use, being so intertwined with something I'm interested in.

I love this app. I go to sleep every night to their sleep music. The stories are great to listen to.

Different in the sense that *I* can actually escape the world for a few peaceful moments with the music and stories. The stories I use during work. :) love this. No technical issues. Have the annual sub and will be renewing. (Nancy)

I have heavy anxiety over at least 5 projects. It's all the time, every day. I woke up this morning in a panic and realized I didn't even know why. So I decided it was time to try an anxiety meditation. I chose "Visualizing Stress as A storm". This is the one. I feel much better now and the storm scenario is definitely something I can relate to. Her voice and accent were soothing but not gooey.

Thoroughly enjoyable. I've meditated at bedtime for years, but now I get to enjoy the added bonus of a lilting Scottish accent to lull me to sleep. If you're an Albaphile or a regular user of sleep meditations/stories, get this app. You won't regret it.

Currently using 7-day free trial. Loving it — however, would love a lot more if sound were coming through both AirPods, and not just the left. I confirmed it was the app’s fault by going out to YouTube, listening there in stereo, then returning to the app. Please fix and you’ll have a winner on your hands!

I love this app and listen to it nearly every night. Very relaxing, the meditations are great and the music is fabulous.

Fantastic mindfulness app. This helps relief stress with the added bonus of learning more about Scotland. This checks all the boxes and I highly recommend.

What a fantastic app! I have ADHD so sometimes not easy to be calm and enjoy a moment. But this app has taken me to a wonderful place. Deffo recommend it!

This app is innovative and relaxing. It draws one to Scotland and creates a calming feeling of peace. It also educates and uplifts. I highly recommend it.

This app will get better over the years as the Calm app did with a lot more content it is expensive for what it is at the moment compared to the Calm app but still a decent app

This app is motivational and prompts me to want to give to others. Scotland is a land of energy, creativity, compassion. Tethered is such an appropriate name for the app because wherever we are in the world we as Scots or friends of Scotland can stay connected to the values that exemplify the borderless nation. Hello from Canada! I've just started my Tethered journey. As an Expat I find the deep Scottish content peaceful. I'm enjoying the sleep help as well as a new introduction to meditation. The music draws me homeward. I look forward to seeing the App continue to grow. Slainte

Recently downloaded & really enjoying this unique app. The meditations are great, the Scottish accent is very soothing. I also love the stories & recipes. The app looks fantastic & is easy to navigate & a free trial is well worth exploring. I don't think I've seen something from a Scottish perspective done so well.
